Jayhawk Armadillo Axis Point Measurement System

The Tri-Oval System is a top of the line system that will provide your shop with the most in high tech equipment. The user friendly design will actually help you provide the best and most efficient service for your customers. It allows the operator to square the ball in the jig the same way each time it is used. This provides for pin point accuracy with every ball that is drilled. A safety ring is used to hold the ball in the jig insuring not only that the ball cannot move during the drilling process, but also that the ball cannot come out of the jig causing injury to the operator or damaging the ball. There is no need to worry about sealing the ball in the jig as this ring provides contact on both the top and the bottom of the ball. As an equipment manufacturer, we feel a strong obligation to provide our customers with quality equipment that does not compromise their safety at any time. The Tri-Oval System is designed with minimal moving parts to provide many years of trouble-free service.

Bowtie Versa-Tool
Multi Purpose Span Ruler and Layout Tool designed for every ball driller from beginner to professional.  It is also designed to help you improve fitting and drilling accuracy from ball to ball.  There are four measuring scales, A, B, C, and D, utilizing both sides of the span ruler.

Side A
1/2 scale increments to begin the drilling layout of the thumbhole.

Side B
Hooks into any hole to get accurate measurements from ball to ball.  Also, it has an angled hooked end to allow sweeping motion across undrilled finger and/or thumbhole area.  This allows you to apply accurate cut lines for undrilled holes.

Side C
Allows you to find the accurate span measurement location on your customer's finger.

Side D (not pictured)
Serves a variety of functions, especially for the professional.  Measures from 0" to 6 3/4" flat across the ball.  Excellent for mapping out bowling balls and laying out balance weight hole locations.

Vise Grip Insta Cure Purple 1/2 oz.

Cure Time 5-15 Secs

A higher viscosity CA, Insta-Cure+ is best suited for bonding surfaces that are less well fitting, the higher viscosity allowing the medium to bridge any gaps that are present in the joint. Typically the adhesive is applied to one surface after which the parts are held firmly together while curing takes place. For laminating, where larger surface areas are bonded Insta-Cure+ is the ideal choice. Laying down beads of glue across the surface prevents premature curing and bringing the surfaces together causes the beads to spread out optimising the contact area that is bonded.
