Turbo Reamer End Mill
For shops doing a high volume of Switch Grip™ installation, the Reamer End Mill has 8 cutting edges ensuring optimum drill and fit for easy Outer Sleeve installation. Because of the deeper drill depth of the Outer Sleeve and the dense core materials/designs used in many high tech bowling balls, a traditional 1 ½” drill may drift off center, more so toward the bottom of hole. This off center cut will make the Outer Sleeve more difficult to fit properly at bottom because it is tight. Keep in mind the Outer Sleeve is designed to be a press fit and should never be forced into position. If the Outer Sleeve is forced into hole, the Inner Sleeve will not fit properly and be very difficult to insert and remove. The Reamer End Mill ensures a better fit from top to bottom of hole.

Ball Drilling Seminar I - Polyester

Subject in "Ball Drilling Seminar I" is primarily the conventional or even normal bore. In this technique, the player goes, as used in the house balls, up to the second phalanx in the holes of it. In addition to the correct and professional measurement of the hand, the course also deals with the development and production of a bowling ball. A good bore allows your customers to easily improve their results. Also the treatment of the surface with abrasive pads or polish is explained precisely in this seminar. Another chapter involves treating the holes with filler (usually two-component epoxy resin) to fill old holes or to repair minor damages of the ball. Comprehensive teaching materials are provided and may be retained by the seminar participants.

Ball Drilling Seminar II - Reaktiv

The "Ballbohr Seminar II" deals in addition to proper drilling technology and ideal measurement of the hand also reinforced with the layout of a ball. It is also about the correct positioning of the "mass bias" in asymmetric nuclei. With a fingertip bore the player goes only to the first phalanx in the hole, which is usually equipped with a rubber insert. This gives the player the opportunity because of the longer lever to give the ball more rotation. However, students learn a lot of theoretical knowledge to shell material and surface structures of different bowling balls, as well as construction, meaning and understanding of modern core design.
