Purchasing Vouchers: |
If vouchers are offered in the shop, they can be purchased like regular items. Once you have purchased a voucher and it has been activated after successful payment, the amount will appear under your shopping cart. You can then send the desired amount via email using the "Send Voucher" link.

How to Send Vouchers: |
To send a voucher, please click on the "Send Voucher" link in your shopping cart. To send a voucher, we need the following information from you: the recipient's first and last name, a valid email address of the recipient, the desired amount (you can also send partial amounts of your credit), and a short message to the recipient. Please check your details again before sending. You have the opportunity to correct your details at any time before sending.

Shopping with Vouchers: |
Once you have a credit balance, you can use it to pay for your order. During the ordering process, you have the option to redeem your credit. If the credit is less than the value of the goods, you must choose your preferred payment method for the remaining amount. If your credit exceeds the value of the goods, the remaining balance will of course be available for your next order.

Redeeming Vouchers: |
If you have received a voucher by email, you can redeem the amount as follows:
1. Click on the link provided in the email. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you have the option to create an account. 2. After adding a product to the shopping cart, you can enter your voucher code there. |
If Problems Arise: |
If you unexpectedly encounter problems with a voucher, please contact us by email. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible. Important information includes: your customer number, the voucher code, system error messages, and the browser you are using.
